He systematically addresses sagging eyelids, bulges of “bags” or fatty tissue, hollowness around the eyes, dark circles, and loose crepe-y skin, and tailors this approach to her patients, individually. To correct the upper eyelids, Dr. Adan hides fine incisions in the crease above each eye, so that after surgery, the scar is almost imperceptible and camouflaged in the normal eye fold. To correct bags and puffiness of the lower eyelids, Dr. Adan places incisions inside the eyelid, so there are absolutely no visible scars. If loose skin under the eyes is part of the problem, Dr. Adan addresses this by hiding his incisions in the natural crease of the eyelashes, so his patients have barely any evidence of surgery after they heal– even without a stitch of makeup.
